Doors open at 4.30 pm: why it’s worth arriving early
Le Doors open at 4.30 pm and the first live show is about to start fifteen minutes later. It’s not just a minor detail: anyone arriving halfway through the evening misses the most intimate part of the Day 1, the one where the sun is still high in the Gulf of St. Euphemia and the stands slowly filling up. Add in the time for parking, collecting your wristband and your first beer at the Colour Market: if you want to be at the front of the stage at 16:45, head towards the 16:00.
The Colour Fest is developed on four stages in the main area — Tramonti Stage (CUPRA Stage), Pinewood Stage, Future Stage e Marley Stage — plus the spaces in the campsite and the’after-show party. The timetables are designed to allow you to move from one event to the next without any major overlaps: if you follow them, the’11 August you can see everything.

From 4.45 pm to 7.00 pm — an afternoon by the sea
It starts at 16:45 on Future Stage with Lillo Morreale, winner of the competition Supernova for the day of the’11 August: this is when the festival really comes to life, and it’s well worth being there. At 17:15 the Pinewood Stage welcomes Gaia Banfi, one of the most recognisable voices on the new Italian singer-songwriter scene, whilst at the 18:00 the Marley Stage makes an entrance with Kyunos. At 18:30 We’re heading back to the pine forest to Labadessa, with his oblique writing style, halfway between irony and melancholy.

From 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm — sunset and the early evening
To 19:30 the Tramonti Stage - CUPRA Stage opens with the C'mon Tigre: jazz, Afrobeat, electronic and Mediterranean music, just as the sun sets over the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is probably the most photographed moment of the entire Day 1. We continue at 20:45 with First Room to the Right on Pinewood Stage, at 21:35 featuring a DJ set by Speedy featuring a guest appearance by Cimini on Marley Stage, and to the 22:00 with Cloudface, back in the pine forest.

From 11.00 pm until dawn — Apparat, Holden & Zimpel and Goodnight Color
To 23:00 The most eagerly awaited moment of the’11 August: Apparat in the version live on Sunsets Stage, with their new album of original tracks and the sea behind them. Then the night shifts to the Future Stage, where at 00:50 James Holden & Wacław Zimpel They bring one of the most sought-after collaborations in European electronic music: modular synths, clarinet and endless trance tracks. Those who can’t resist will be there until 2:15 at Lido Colour with the Goodnight Colour by Fabio Nirta, the festival’s resident DJ: the official ‘goodnight’ from the Colour Fest 14.

How to organise the evening without missing a thing
- He’ll be here at 4.00 pm. Between parking, getting in and your first walk round the venue, you’ll be under the stage in time for the 16:45.
- The Pineta Stage is the backbone of the afternoon: four events amongst the 17:15 and the 22:00. If you can’t make up your mind, just stay there and only go to the live shows at the Sunsets Stage.
- Mark two times in red: 19:30 (C'mon Tigre at sunset) and 23:00 (Apparat). These are the two times when the main stage area gets the busiest: they’re announced a few minutes in advance.
- After midnight, it’s time to dance: 00:50 on Future Stage e 2:15 at Lido Colour. If you’re planning to stay until dawn, consider the campsite or accommodation just a stone’s throw from the seafront.
- By car: Please use the festival’s two official car parks, the Parking 1 (recommended) and the Parking 2.
Tickets for 11 August
A day ticket for the Day 1 of 11 August coast 51 euros and provides access to all the stages of the day, from the opening of the 16:30 until closing time. If, on the other hand, you want to experience the whole 14th edition, l’Full Subscription for the three days, it is 141 euros — the best value option compared with the three separate day passes — whilst the package 2 days: 11 and 12 August is at 94 euros. The subscriptions are running out: with just a few days to go before the event, this group is most at risk.
