The festival rules
Welcome* to the Colour Fest. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone taking part, we ask that you read and follow the rules below. It is everyone’s contribution that makes the festival possible.
Introduction
The regulations described here have been drawn up to ensure safety, health and wellbeing of everyone taking part in the Color Fest. The cooperation of every participant is essential to the success of the event.
Food and drink from outside
It is forbidden to bring food and drink from outside into the concert area. The ban applies to everyone, without exception: at the festival, you’ll find a comprehensive range of options, including choices for those with coeliac disease (see point 4).
The ban was introduced for reasons of safety and liability, in accordance with the local and national regulations, and to ensure the quality and safety of the food consumed at the festival.
Food & Drink Areas
Within the concert area, you’ll find designated Food & Drink areas where you can buy a wide variety of food and drink. The range includes options to suit all dietary requirements:
- Vegan
- Vegetarian
- Meat
- Gluten-free
- Soft drinks
Among the suggestions, you’ll also find options for people with coeliac disease, available on site throughout the festival (see point 4).
Suggestions for people with coeliac disease
In the Food & Drink areas, you’ll find options suitable for people with coeliac disease. It is therefore neither necessary nor permitted to bring food in from outside.
We recognise the importance of ensuring safe options for those with special dietary requirements: this is why the festival offers a gluten-free menu managed directly on site, with procedures designed to avoid gluten contamination.
If you have a healthcare need that cannot be met by our in-house services, Please get in touch with us before the event scrivi@colorfest.it: let’s discuss the solution together.
Why this choice?
The decision to ban the bringing in of food from outside was taken to ensure three things:
- Food safety By monitoring and checking the quality of the food we serve, we can prevent food poisoning or allergic reactions.
- Compliance with regulations In accordance with the guidelines issued by local and national health authorities, we ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Sustainability of the festival By supporting local sellers and ensuring a varied and carefully selected range of products, we are promoting a more sustainable and well-organised environment.
