Free access for accompanying persons

If you are a person with a disability, your companion or escort enters free of charge at Color Fest. Just follow two simple steps.

Useful information on accessibility

The area of the Falcone and Borsellino promenade is equipped to ensure maximum usability. Here's what you'll find.

Dedicated toilets for people with disabilities, located in the festival area and signposted with visible signs.

The afternoon concerts take place in the pine forest, a naturally shaded area that provides a cool and comfortable environment.

Reserved parking

Parking for people with disabilities is approx. 150 metres from the concert area. The distance may vary depending on the time of arrival.

Accessibility also goes digital. With the'IO app, you can add your European Disability Card in the Digital Wallet and show it directly from your smartphone, even without internet connectionmaintaining the same legal value of the physical document.

FAQ Accessibility

Does the accompanying person need to buy a ticket?

No. Access for the accompanying person is completely free of charge. It is sufficient for the disabled person to purchase their own ticket and register the accompanying person using the form on this page.

What documentation should I bring on the day of the festival?

Bring your European Disability Card (in physical or digital format via the IO app) and a valid ID card. The accompanying person must present proof of identity to collect the free pass at the ticket office.

Is the festival area wheelchair accessible?

The concert area is located on the Lungomare Falcone e Borsellino, a mostly flat and paved stretch. The main access and dedicated areas near the stages are wheelchair accessible. For specific needs, please write to scrivi@colorfest.it and we will find the best solution.

Can I also register my companion on the day of the festival?

We advise you to fill in the form in advance to speed up access. In case of need, please contact the ticket office on the day of the event and our staff will be on hand to assist you.

Are services provided for people with sensory disabilities?
