The Colour Fest is a festival for everyone. We work to ensure that every person can experience music in a way comfortable, safe and inclusive.
Free access for accompanying persons
If you are a person with a disability, your companion or escort enters free of charge at Color Fest. Just follow two simple steps.
Buy your ticket
Choose your day ticket or subscription on our tickets page and complete the purchase.
Register your companion
Please fill in the form below with the data of the accompanying person. You will receive confirmation by e-mail and the pass will be available at the ticket office.

The area of the Falcone and Borsellino promenade is equipped to ensure maximum usability. Here's what you'll find.
Accessible bathrooms
Dedicated toilets for people with disabilities, located in the festival area and signposted with visible signs.
Shaded areas
The afternoon concerts take place in the pine forest, a naturally shaded area that provides a cool and comfortable environment.

Reserved seats are provided near the stages to allow a easy viewing of concerts and a comfortable experience.
Reserved parking
Parking for people with disabilities is approx. 150 metres from the concert area. The distance may vary depending on the time of arrival.
European Disability Charter on App IO
Accessibility also goes digital. With the'IO app, you can add your European Disability Card in the Digital Wallet and show it directly from your smartphone, even without internet connectionmaintaining the same legal value of the physical document.
Activation takes place in just a few steps by authenticating with SPID or CIE, for maximum security and protection of personal data.
FAQ Accessibility
No. Access for the accompanying person is completely free of charge. It is sufficient for the disabled person to purchase their own ticket and register the accompanying person using the form on this page.
Bring your European Disability Card (in physical or digital format via the IO app) and a valid ID card. The accompanying person must present proof of identity to collect the free pass at the ticket office.
The concert area is located on the Lungomare Falcone e Borsellino, a mostly flat and paved stretch. The main access and dedicated areas near the stages are wheelchair accessible. For specific needs, please write to scrivi@colorfest.it and we will find the best solution.
We advise you to fill in the form in advance to speed up access. In case of need, please contact the ticket office on the day of the event and our staff will be on hand to assist you.
