Sébastien Tellier returns to Italy after eight years and chooses the Colour Fest for one of his only two Italian dates of 2026. Appointment on 12 August 2026 on the Falcone and Borsellino promenade of Lamezia Terme, on the second day of the 14th edition of the festival, dedicated to the coral #FF6B6B and the sound that oscillates between chanson, electro pop and Mediterranean psychedelia.

1. His most famous album is produced by half of Daft Punk

His third record, “Sexuality” (2008), was produced entirely by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, one half of the Daft Punk. An album-manifesto of the French Touch in an adult and seductive version: analogue synths, languid falsettos, nocturnal grooves. From there come “Kilometer”, “Divine”, “Roche” - pieces that still define the aesthetics of Tellier.

2. In 2022 he played for Chanel in Paris on a sculpture-stage

In 2022 Tellier accompanied live the Chanel fashion show by Paris, playing on a monumental stage designed by French artist Xavier Veilhan. A confirmation of his double status: musician, but also visual figure, aestheticising dandy perfectly at ease in the short circuit between haute couture, sculpture and pop.

3. South America is his musical obsession

Sébastien Tellier has a strong passion for the South America and in particular for the Brazil: the concept album is dedicated to this obsession “L'Aventura”, in which it leaves room for the’Brazilian attitude towards fun, music and play. 4. Represented France at Eurovision in golf cart

In 2008 represented the France to the’Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Divine”: he arrived on stage in a golf cart, and its choristers wore wigs and fake beards identical to his.
