After the announcement of the Franz Ferdinand, continues the lineup of the 11th edition with Verdena returning to the Color Fest after eight years.

Verdena are Alberto Ferrari (guitar and vocals), Roberta (bass) and Luca Ferrari (drums). Alberto and Luca are brothers, live in Albino (BG) and explored different musical genres before meeting Roberta, ex-guitarist of a punk band from Bergamo.
Initially influenced by Nirvana, but also by psychedelia and 70s rock, Verdena became known locally until a demo of theirs caught the attention of several labels. Put under contract by Universal, they honed their live qualities before debuting with the single 'Valvonauta' and the album VERDENA, released in 1999 and produced by Giorgio Canali of CSI. Thanks to many airings on MTV, the single turned into a big hit, establishing Verdena as one of the most promising bands on the Italian scene.
Performances on the stages of the most important Italian rock festivals further consolidated the group's fame. The second album SOLO UN GRANDE SASSO, produced this time by Afterhours leader Manuel Agnelli, was released in 2001, preceded by the single 'Spaceman'.
In 2004 came the third album, THE SUICIDE OF THE SAMURAI, the first totally produced by the band itself. At the end of 2006, the band's fourth record was announced, which was released in March 2007 and was entitled REQUIEM. At the same time, the band announced a tour for the same period.
At the end of the tour, Verdena retreated to Valle Lujo, at the foot of Mount Misma (Bergamo), where for three years they gave very little news of themselves.
In January 2011, the fifth discographic chapter WOW was released, a double album consisting of 27 songs.
In 2013, the band announced that they were working on a new record. The first news arrived at the end of 2014: the work will be double and will be released in two installments, the first of which will be at the end of January 2015: it is entitled ENDKADENZ. At the end of August, after a triumphant tour, comes ENDKADENZ VOL. 2
