Rules for the Colour Fest
In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and abide by the following regulations:
1. Introduction The regulations described here have been established to ensure the safety, health and well-being of all Color Fest participants. The cooperation of each participant is crucial to the success of the event.
2. Prohibition of the Introduction of Food and Drink from Outside For safety and liability reasons, it is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside into the Color Fest concert area. This prohibition has been adopted in accordance with local and national regulations, as well as to ensure the quality and safety of food consumed within the Festival.
3. FOOD and DRINK areas Within the concert area there will be special FOOD and DRINK areas where a wide range of food and drinks will be on offer. The offer will include vegan, vegetarian, meat and gluten-free alternatives and non-alcoholic beverages to meet the different dietary needs of participants. For special needs related to celiac disease and gluten contamination, coeliacs will be allowed to bring in specific food from outside. (see point 4)
4. Exceptions for Coeliacs We recognise the importance of providing safe options for participants with special dietary needs, such as those with coeliac disease. Therefore, it will be permitted to bring food specifically for coeliacs in order to avoid gluten contamination, which is difficult to control.
5. Liability The decision to ban the introduction of food from outside was taken to ensure:
- La security food: by monitoring and controlling the quality of the food offered, we can prevent possible poisoning or allergic reactions.
- The compliance with regulations in force: following the guidelines of local and national health authorities, we ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- La sustainability of the Festival: by supporting local vendors and ensuring a varied and controlled food supply, we promote a more sustainable and organised environment.
6. General Rules of Conduct
- Respecting Staff and Other Participants: It is compulsory to respect all instructions given by the Festival staff. Offensive, violent or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Respect for the Environment: It is forbidden to leave waste outside the designated waste collection areas. Participants are requested to keep the area clean and to use the appropriate waste containers.
- Smoke: Smoking is prohibited outside designated areas and/or near sensitive areas.
- Security: Access to the concert area is only permitted through the official entry points. It is forbidden to bring dangerous objects (such as weapons, explosive substances, etc.) and any other objects that may endanger the safety of participants.
- Observance of Current Regulations: Participants must comply with local and national laws, including regulations concerning the consumption of alcohol and drugs.
- Ticket: Access to the festival is only permitted to regular ticket holders. Participants must keep their tickets in digital form for the duration of the event and show them at the request of security personnel. tickets can be purchased at DICE at the following link >> https://colorfest.it/tree/.
- Minors: Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (at least 18 years old).
– Under 10 years of age: All children under 10 years of age get in free and do not have to go through any special procedure to enter the festival other than being accompanied by an adult.
