Book your space at the Festival
Below you will find the main information for participation:
All requests will only be taken into consideration once the form has been submitted, and filling it in is necessary in order to assess availability and space allocation.
The participation fee is 50 € per day, with a minimum membership of 3 days, so as to ensure a continuous presence and make the most of the exhibition space.
Each stand is equipped with table, dedicated lighting and electrical socket, provided directly by the organisation.
Admission for stand management is guaranteed to a maximum of 2 persons.
Children under 10 years of age do not pay.
Please note
The stand must be fully operational by 16:00 hours on 11, 12 and 13 August, so as to ensure full operability for doors opening at 17:00 hours.
The closing of the stands will take place in conjunction with the doors closing at 02:00 hours on the nights of 12, 13 and 14 August.
