The 1 May 2026<\/strong>, three realities of the Italian independent scene come together for a special day: Colour Fest<\/strong>, GoGoBo<\/strong> e Montagnola Republic<\/strong> together present a celebration of music, community and solidarity in the heart of Bologna<\/strong>, at Montagnola Park<\/strong>. Two festivals together, one landmark<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Two important festivals on the Italian independent scene join forces in Bologna, along with Montagnola Republic<\/strong> e Arci<\/strong>, in an iconic location in the city. The Parco della Montagnola, a historic green lung in the centre of Bologna, becomes for one day the stage for a day of music in the green, for work<\/strong>, to celebrate 1 May with the language that Color Fest and GoGoBo know best: live music, community, discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At two stages<\/strong>, from midday to night, fifteen artists and musical projects representing the best of the contemporary Italian independent scene will take turns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A programme ranging from electronic to global productions of Clap! Clap!<\/strong>, by the voice of Mile<\/strong> to the sound universe of Whitemary<\/strong>, from the poetic spoken word of Max Collini<\/strong> to the most interesting new proposals on the Italian scene. Lie in the green, dance under the stage or relax in the food & drink area - you choose how you want to live the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The rules are simple: from 12:00 to 23:30<\/strong>, concerts and DJ sets on two stages in the beautiful Montagnola space. Admission is completely free.<\/strong> Food and drink area to accompany the day, all surrounded by the greenery of one of Bologna's best-loved parks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us: fundraising for Calabria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day of 1 May will not only be about music. During the event it will be possible contribute to a fundraiser to support workers affected by the hurricane in Calabria<\/strong>. A concrete gesture of solidarity combining celebration with responsibility, music with commitment - in the spirit that has always animated the Color Fest, GoGoBo and their community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
